Solution Architect / Designer to design and implement solutions using ServiceNow PSR, OMT, and HAM for a telecommunications client!

Our valued telecommunications client is seeking Intermediate & Senior Solution Architects to design and implement solutions using ServiceNow PSR, OMT, and HAM!

Long-term contract starting off as an initial 1 year term. 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. 2-3 days/week on-site in Montreal or Greater Toronto Area.

As the successful candidate, you will design and implement solutions to meet specific business needs, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure seamless integration into our existing systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on OMT and HAM modules.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution designs (component diagrams, sequence diagrams, use cases).
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and telecom infrastructure.
• Oversee solution implementation, working closely with development teams.
• Validate performance, security, and scalability of the solution.
• Provide input on system integration patterns, API usage, and exception handling.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in the telecom wireless solution landscape.

Must-have Skills

• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management Tracking) and ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Strong experience designing and implementing solutions within telecom wireless environments.
• Solid understanding of system integration, solution architecture, and API use cases.
• Experience working with stakeholders, architects, and developers in hybrid delivery teams.
• Excellent communication skills (able to articulate design decisions and trade-offs

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Samsung ZTM.
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., PSR - Product Service Request).
• Excellent communication skills in both English & French.
