Our valued Public Sector clients are looking to bring on a Senior Top Secret cleared Business Analyst to support activities related to the development and improvement of application projects and initiatives.

Background:

Our client is in need of a Business Analyst to perform technical, administrative, and managerial professional services with an emphasis on information management, technology, and security. The Business Analyst will support activities related to the development and improvement of application projects and information management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist, facilitate and/or design, develop and implement new business solutions/applications and/or required products, services, reporting mechanisms (dashboards) for projects/initiatives;
• Validate client business requirements through quality assurance processes and security assessment analyses;
• Support the implementation of business process improvements or the design of new applications;
• Review business processes and identify candidates that would benefit from re-design, including identifying modifications to the automated processes, prototyping potential alternative solutions, and suggesting recommended courses of action;
• Identify and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including process workflows, data flows, and use cases;
• Evaluate existing IM or IT procedures and methods, identifying and documenting items such as database content, structure, application subsystems, areas of improvement, and policy alignment;

Must Have's:

• 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience eliciting, defining, and documenting technical requirements for IM/IT projects, including security requirements.
• Experience working in a High Security Organization environment
• Experience using PowerBI software to develop interactive Dashboards and reports
