Description
Our valued client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst supporting Financial Management processes in the Telecommunications industry.
An initial 6 month contract. Full time - 4 days per week onsite - 1 day per week remote
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Business Analyst in an Agile Team to support delivery of software
- Develop the functional and non-functional requirements by defining and analyzing system problems
- Experience in modern mobile and/or web application design patterns
- In-depth experience with Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools
- Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals
- Experience with small, high-performing teams
- A team player, collaborative and independently driven
- Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting Financial Management processes including billing, invoicing, SLA credit calculation and application
- Experience analyzing data captured in customer operations and translate in financial reporting
- Hold a valid Government of Canada Reliability clearance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in the telecommunications or utilities industry
- Bilingual in English and French an asset
