Description
Our large public sector client is looking for a Senior Technical Writer Responsible for Developing and Maintaining Public Procurement Governance and SAP Ariba Training Materials in Collaboration with Instructional Design. (503)
Must-haves:
- Proven experience translating complex policy, regulatory, or procedural content into clear, learner-focused training materials
- Demonstrated knowledge of public procurement governance frameworks and processes
- Hands-on experience developing documentation or training content related to SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret policy documents, legislation, and internal governance frameworks
- Experience collaborating with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to develop structured learning modules
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document version-control skills with high attention to detail
- Experience updating and maintaining governance documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and relevance
- Ability to develop content across multiple formats (e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, presentations, and reference manuals)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
