We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to assist with day-to-day operational and technical support activities for Point-of-Sale systems and other critical business applications in a fast-paced environment.

6-month contract with possible extension

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role
• 3+ years of experience supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems
• 2+ years of experience with user account administration, profile creation, and password resets
• Experience supporting incident and service request management processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience supporting Kronos, WA, or other retail/business applications
• Experience working in a retail or field support environment
• Experience testing system enhancements or solutions in a lab environment
• Previous experience supporting onsite field technicians or engineers

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Point of Sale (POS) user profiles
• Perform POS password resets and user access support
• Create and manage scan gun user profiles
• Provide support for POS-related incidents and service requests
• Support additional critical applications including Kronos, WA, and other business systems
• Test enhancements and solutions in a lab environment, including but not limited to POS systems
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to onsite field engineers
• Assist with other operational and technical duties as assigned
