Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior Talent Management Advisor (10+ years) to design and deliver strategic talent programs and initiatives. 21473

Contract, Calgary, Onsite 3 days in office, 2 days from home. , Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

  • 10+ years leading Talent Management initiatives across corporate environments within the energy and resources sector
  • Expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and COE teams to implement enterprise-wide programs
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and change management across complex organizational structures
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting technology integration for talent management programs
  • Background in vendor management and program evaluation
  • Exposure to corporate learning and organizational development strategies

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate design, development, and execution of talent programs across the organization
  • Partner with HR teams to communicate, deploy, and improve talent management processes
  • Collaborate with internal COEs to report on talent metrics and leadership pipeline data
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize talent program delivery
  • Advise leaders and stakeholders on talent programs, risks, and progress
  • Prepare and deliver communication, training, and change management activities
  • Evaluate success and sustainability of talent management initiatives and report progress to leadership
