Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Intermediate Data Entry Analyst to process and reconcile fluid transfer data using Energy Components and assist with Fluid Volume Reporting processes and procedures

Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week in downtown Calgary

Must Haves

• 3+ years of experience with Data Entry using in Energy Components data capture and reporting systems
• Working knowledge of SAGD operations including site wells, tanks, and battery codes with an understanding of oil and gas measurement and reporting
• Proficiency in Well View, MS Outlook, and MS Excel

Nice to Have

• Experience reconciling fluid data across multiple SAGD sites
• Exposure to disposal waste manifests or environmental reporting processes

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and collate truck and pipeline tickets by company and date
• Enter 60-100 daily fluid transfer records into Energy Components
• Validate completeness and accuracy of ticket data and source/destination details
• Research missing information through archives or communication with stakeholders
• Compile and reconcile third-party disposal reports for multiple sites
• Reconcile rig reports ensuring consistency with Well View data
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and amend data anomalies
