Senior Systems Analyst to work with Business and IT teams to build and maintain Business Forms with Adobe Experience Manager (Req 430)

Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work with Business and IT teams to build and maintain Business Forms with Adobe Experience Manager

Candidates must be located in Calgary. Hybrid work model of 1-2 days/month in office. 37.5 hour work week

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working with Large scale software package applications
• 5+ years of experience working with IT and Business users for application programs
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Forms

Nice to haves:

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations
• Previous work experience working with business forms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the intent of the form with the clients.
• Manage and document form requirements.
• Recommend form solution patterns.
• Review the design of the business forms.
• Demonstrate business forms to clients to collect feedback.
• Test business forms and log issues and defects.
• Manage delivery of multiple form solutions including schedule and effort tracking.
• Create and/or update form records.
• Monitor and action the business form intake and support queues.
