Our midstream client is looking for a Senior Supply Chain specialist, responsible for leading procurement, contracting, and supplier management activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project goods and services. (875)

Must-haves:

• Project Procurement Experience: 6-8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in capital projects, ideally in oil & gas, mining, or heavy industrial environments.
• End-to-End Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in RFQ/RFP preparation, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier selection.
• Commercial & Contract Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier performance, and resolve commercial issues.
• ERP & Data Management: Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and tracking procurement metrics.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of contract law, risk management, audit readiness, and corporate procurement policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Operational Agility: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
• Preferred Exposure: Experience with EPC contractors, fabricators, or service providers, and familiarity with HSSE, local content, or sustainability requirements in project procurement.
