Our midstream client is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for leading Microsoft Server upgrade and modernization initiatives.

Must-haves:

• 8 + years experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on technical expertise with Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
• Strong understanding of Azure, particularly virtual machines, networking, and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Experience with Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Proficiency with Active Directory / Entra ID, including domain services and identity management.
• Familiarity with Certificate Authority management and certificate lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with IIS, including configuration and migration.
• Ability to analyze existing servers, determine upgrade paths, retirements, or replacements.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and assessment of Azure SQL MI as an upgrade option.
• Ability to create and execute migration plans, test plans, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience executing change management in line with organizational processes.
• Willingness to travel to Estevan, SK and Cromer, MB as needed.
