Our Public enterprise client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead in solution design and is responsible for translating business objectives into executable designs, ensuring technical readiness, and guiding teams through the delivery of complex solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, including coding and developer support when needed, to drive innovation and maintain architectural integrity across our IT ecosystem- 0168629

Vancouver based, 3 days/week in office

Must Have:

• 10+ years of Development/architecture experience on cloud preferably Azure within DevOps and Agile environment
• Experience in architecting complex solutions (large-scale, multi-region, HA, 10K+ concurrent users, mission-critical application systems) involving various cloud computing technologies
• Expereince in Java or Mircosoft .Net environment
• Experience with Micro-Service Architecture, Kubernetes and Containers solutions, Multi-region API and Messaging Solutions
• Experience with modeling and design of SQL and no-SQL solutions from major vendors (SQL Server, SQL MI, DB2, Oracle, CosmoDB/DynamoDB/MongoDB).
• Degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). An equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
