Contract: 6 Months + Extension
Hours: 37.5
Work Model: 4 days in office
Must Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development
- Proficiency with AWS services for building and deploying applications
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Working knowledge of Python
- Strong understanding of software design and system analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience in capital markets or financial services systems
- Background in large-scale distributed application design
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and AWS
- Implement infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and architect solutions
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high development standards
- Optimize performance and scalability of existing systems
- Stay current with emerging cloud and development technologies
