Description
S.i. Systems municipal client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build custom automation, integrations, and support real-time routing and case logic
6 month contract to start, possibility of extension/ conversion to permanent employee. BC candidates only. Hybrid (once a week onsite)
Must Haves:
- Advanced JavaScript + Glide API expertise
- Experience with business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST API integrations
- Hands-on experience with OpenFrame and CTI adapters (or ServiceNow Voice scripting)
- Scoped app development and UI customization in Agent Workspace
- Custom assignment logic, dynamic SLAs, and performance optimization
- Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., QueueHandlers, EventHandlers)
- Comfortable with debugging, unit testing, and code documentation
Nice to have:
- CSM (Customer Service Management) module experience
