S.i. Systems municipal client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build custom automation, integrations, and support real-time routing and case logic

6 month contract to start, possibility of extension/ conversion to permanent employee. BC candidates only. Hybrid (once a week onsite)

Must Haves:

• Advanced JavaScript + Glide API expertise
• Experience with business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST API integrations
• Hands-on experience with OpenFrame and CTI adapters (or ServiceNow Voice scripting)
• Scoped app development and UI customization in Agent Workspace
• Custom assignment logic, dynamic SLAs, and performance optimization
• Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., QueueHandlers, EventHandlers)
• Comfortable with debugging, unit testing, and code documentation

Nice to have:

• CSM (Customer Service Management) module experience
