Our valued public sector client requires a Senior Service designer to develop the user experience interface for an online citizen facing portal. This benefits initiative will modernize the way Canadians currently access their CPP, OAS, and EI, and the resource will be tasked with designing the client journey maps, personas, visual design and improving the overall experience.


Must Haves:

  • Enhanced Reliability Clearance
  • 5+ years of experience designing the client journey maps, personas, and visual design


Tasks include:

  • Develop benefit finder feature
  • Develop journey map
  • Create prototypes and other UX deliverables at a high level of quality and in WCAG and WET compliance
  • Define the UX Strategy, vision, and user experience
  • Gather user requirements and produce/update user story documentation and design specifications;
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data, create user stories, profiles, personas, empathy maps, service blueprints and journey maps to support user-centric development of digital solutions
  • Architect application navigation and content flow and produce sitemaps and workflow diagrams
  • Create usability testing plans and conduct usability testing sessions with clients and users
  • Lead projects of limited scope or components of larger projects
  • Produce and/or update UX documentation for new applications or for updates (enhancements and bug fixes) of existing applications
