Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Lead to support a critical implementation within a large-scale healthcare environment. This is a leadership role responsible for driving the design, configuration, and delivery of the Learning Management module, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.



Work Model: 100% Remote

Start Date: April 20, 2026 for 3 months plus extension


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) module
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable LMS solutions
  • Configure and optimize LMS functionalities including learning assignments, curricula, certifications, and compliance tracking
  • Design and develop custom LMS reporting and analytics to meet client-specific needs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing activities related to LMS
  • Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance and training standards
  • Drive workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables within a fast-paced, aggressive project schedule


Must Haves

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Learning Management (LMS) - mandatory
  • 8-10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SuccessFactors LMS
  • Proven experience leading LMS implementations or transformations
  • Hands-on experience with custom LMS reporting and analytics
  • Strong understanding of learning compliance, certification programs, and training frameworks
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments (public sector or healthcare preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in healthcare or public sector projects
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., Employee Central, third-party systems)
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and reporting frameworks
