We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Lead Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. The consultant will lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within an SAP environment, working closely with business stakeholders to support procurement, inventory, vendor management, and invoice processing functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP MM and procurement expertise, combined with experience in distribution or wholesale distribution environments.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential extension

Work Mode : 100% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional activities and support business operations
• Work closely with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and finance stakeholders
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification
• Manage procurement workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoicing
• Support vendor management and procurement optimization initiatives
• Assist with MRP planning and inventory replenishment processes
• Configure and support serial number management and subcontracting processes
• Support warranty-related business processes within SAP
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support
• Conduct workshops, testing, defect resolution, and user support
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance and Supply Chain

Must Haves

• Strong experience as an SAP P2P / SAP MM Consultant
• Expertise in:
• SAP MM
• Procurement & Purchasing
• Invoice Verification
• Vendor Management
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Serial Number Management
• Subcontracting
• Warranty Processes
• Experience supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with Finance/AP functions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments is considered an asset

Nice to Have

• Industry experience in Distribution or Wholesale Distribution strongly preferred
• French is considered an asset
