We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Lead Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. The consultant will lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional activities within an SAP environment, supporting sales operations, pricing, billing, returns, and customer order management processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP SD expertise, combined with experience working in distribution or wholesale distribution environments.

• Duration: 10 weeks initially, with potential extension
• Work Mode : 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional activities and support business operations
• Work closely with sales, customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns
• Support end-to-end OTC processes from customer order creation through invoicing and payment integration
• Manage pricing procedures, rebate processing, and billing configurations
• Support returns management and warranty-related business processes
• Collaborate on OMS+ integration activities and ensure seamless order flow between systems
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support
• Conduct workshops, testing, defect resolution, and end-user support
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance, MM, and Supply Chain
• Assist with process improvements and operational optimization initiatives
