Our energy and utilities client is seeking a Senior SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant (10+ years) to design and implement solutions within SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) focused on tenant replication and utilities processes - 01233

Join a dynamic IT team driving digital optimization across customer engagement and front-office operations in a leading power and utilities environment. This role integrates both functional and technical expertise in SAP C4C to support utilities processes including IS-U, CIC0, and mashup configuration. Working within cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver solutions that streamline service interactions and enhance customer experience. The opportunity offers high visibility and impact across critical customer-facing business processes.

12 months contract to start. 37.5 hours/week. REMOTE - must be in Canada and work in PST time zone.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of SAP C4C techno-functional experience including configuration and customization
• Hands-on expertise in tenant replication, eFlow settings, and mashup configuration
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U (Utilities) integration and CIC0 front-office processes
• Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK or PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure) for custom development
• Familiarity with SAP CPI, PI/PO, or equivalent middleware solutions
• Nice to Have
• Certification in SAP C4C or SAP IS-U
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CRM, or other SAP modules
• Experience with utilities-specific processes such as smart metering or customer billing
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or related web technologies for mashup development
• Prior consulting or cross-functional project experience
• Responsibilities
• Design and configure SAP C4C solutions aligned with utilities business processes
• Implement and support tenant replication, eFlow, and mashup configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to coordinate solution delivery
• Integrate SAP C4C with SAP IS-U and related middleware platforms
• Optimize CIC0 and front-office functions to improve customer service workflows
• Utilize SDK/PDI for developing custom enhancements within the C4C environment
• Support system testing and deployment activities ensuring alignment with business requirements
