We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data migration/ETL Specialist to lead and support data migration, and transformation initiatives within our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS packages, and ETL processes, as well as a strong understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices

Duration - 6 months plus extension

Work Mode - 100% remote EST

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data migration and integration between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create and optimize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages to support robust and scalable data flows.
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts and Salesforce admins to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues related to synchronization, integrity, and quality.
• Monitor and tune SQL queries for performance improvement in large-scale data environments.
• Build Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, leveraging tools like dbAmp, SQL Server, and SSIS packages, or custom scripts.
• Document data flows, architecture, and integration processes for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the implementation of data governance and data security policies.
• Provide support for Salesforce reporting and analytics as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL Server database management.
• Proven experience working with SSIS, T-SQL, and Salesforce CRM.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, schema, and API tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).
• Experience with large-scale data migration projects and Salesforce deployments.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned data scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data Architecture)..
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components is a plus.
