Senior React Developer
What you will do:
Design and build complex React applications
Set technical direction for front-end development
Optimize performance and user experience
Mentor other developers
Turn designs into production-ready code
Master of front-end development.
You started with JavaScript before frameworks took over
React isn't just your tool-it's your craft.
You think in components and architecture.
When you look at a design, you're already mapping out the component tree, considering render cycles, and planning for performance.
You know when to memorize, when to lazy load, and when to just keep it simple.
You have an eye for design that borders on obsessive.
A 1px misalignment bothers you.
You care about typography, spacing, and animations that feel right.
You translate design files into pixel-perfect implementations without constant back-and-forth.
You've worked with Redux, MobX, Zustand, Context-you've seen the state management wars.
We use Jotai, and we expect you to adapt quickly and appreciate its atomic approach.
Performance matters to you.
You profile, you optimize bundle sizes, you understand code splitting, and you know the difference between perceived performance and actual performance.
