Contract: 6 Months + Extension
Hours: 37.5
Work Model: 4 days in office
Must Haves
- 5+ years in QA Automation and software quality engineering
- Strong experience with Python and Pytest for automated testing
- Proficient in SQL scripting for data validation and backend testing
- Hands-on expertise with test frameworks, regression testing, and automation tools
- Solid understanding of Agile SDLC and shift-left testing practices
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in financial services or enterprise technology environments
- Exposure to CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
- Familiarity with REST API testing frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience mentoring teams in automation best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Implement shift-left testing and promote automation within development teams
- Define and execute test plans and analyze testing results
- Monitor automation efficiency and optimize testing performance
- Collaborate with developers and business partners to ensure quality standards
- Coach team members on test automation best practices
- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement
