Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with business experience to lead consolidation of companies and enhancements to the current Oracle Billing system

We are looking for the candidate to reside in Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves:

• 10+ Years' experience as a Project Manager
• Expertise in creating detailed project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Experience managing RFPs & procurement, product and vendor selection, third-party vendors, contracts, and statements of work (SOWs)
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience implementing Billing & Financial, ideally within Oracle Billing and Financial systems

Projects include:

Amalgamation: This project is to amalgamate Utilities companies into the single company. Key objectives will be financial integration, HR & Payroll Transition, Customer Care & Billing Updates, and integration of support systems.

BST Automation: This project is to deliver automated test scripts to reduce effort of testing completed by the Business Support Team (BST). This work will be sequenced with Amalgamation to determine deliver outcomes and not impact the Amalgamation Project.

CCS Enhancements: This project will improve key challenges regarding the Deposit Application, Billing & Invoice Format, and the Migration to Balance Forward Accounting. This work will reduce manual workarounds, improve billing accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
