Our large midstream client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead stakeholder negotiations and oversee mitigation planning for pipeline encroachment projects. (16834)
Must-haves:
- 8 + years experience in pipeline right-of-way (ROW) acquisition and negotiation
- Knowledge of facility installations including utilities, roads, pipelines, and power lines
- Familiarity with the Canadian Energy Regulator (CER) Act and Damage Prevention regulations
- Working knowledge of technical requirements related to crossings and encroachments
- Experience using SharePoint
- Post-secondary education in land management, or a related discipline
