Description
Our large midstream energy client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for a leading energy company. (17782) (17783)
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale, complex programs and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for workforce process-driven projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, or process transformations.
- Proficiency with OCM frameworks, such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar; able to adapt tools to fit project and organizational needs
- Ability to develop comprehensive OCM strategies and plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, training, coaching, and resistance management.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of technology adoption and user experience optimization.
