Senior Project Manager to drive the intake, prioritization and delivery of initiatives to support the Pharmacy Technology Program

Our client is Canada's largest Retailer. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the intake, prioritization and delivery of initiatives to support the Pharmacy Technology Program.

This Project Manager needs to operate in a highly-tactical role, being instrumental in maintaining project artifacts, facilitating cross functional alignment, and supporting end-to-end solutioning through to release.

Location: Hybrid - 4 days/week onsite in North York

Duration: 6 Months to Start

Responsibilities:

• Operate tactically across the Pharmacy Technology program, ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
• Manage the intake process by capturing notes from weekly meetings, tracking action items, and incorporating updates into project roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan upcoming releases, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
• Maintain and update key project artifacts including roadmaps, decision logs, and requirements documents.
• Support solutioning efforts and ensure readiness for releases, including validation, testing coordination, triage planning (L1/L2/L3), and release notes preparation.
• Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentation materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation and project tracking.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years in Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering technology initiatives.
• Experience managing intake processes, prioritizing requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
