Our consumer business client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead enterprise-wide business system and technology initiatives including CRM and ERP programs

Join a mature and fast-growing organization driving transformational business and technology programs across departments. This senior project leader role offers ownership of full project lifecycle delivery, encompassing planning, execution, and governance for major CRM and ERP initiatives. With direct visibility to senior leadership, the position provides strategic influence in shaping standards and practices across an evolving enterprise environment.

Permanent, Richmond, BC, Onsite, Working Hours: 8:30 - 5pm PST. We are open to candidates that want contracts but the hope is that there is a conversion to an FTE

Must Haves

• 10+ years leading cross-functional projects across business systems and technology initiatives such as CRM or ERP Projects
• Experience in complex Supply Chain projects (fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, order management, purchase orders, forecasting, receiving)
• Strong background in requirements gathering, testing, and QA methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365-related projects
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects across business systems and technology programs
• Own full project lifecycle from planning through execution, reporting, training, and delivery
• Drive PMO governance, standards, reporting, and project management practices
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Lead CRM, ERP, and business system change initiatives
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams and ensure project alignment
• Present updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees
