Join a strategic Data & Analytics division within a global security and IT environment driving organization-wide data transformation. This role oversees full lifecycle delivery-from platform design to analytics adoption-across complex business and technology ecosystems. The position offers leadership visibility over lakehouse implementation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional program governance across Calgary and Edmonton. This 1-year contract supports key enterprise modernization and delivery mandates within the power & utilities sector.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in project management leading data and analytics programs across enterprise platforms
• Proven record managing multi-stream delivery including data ingestion, modeling, and reporting
• Experience with data bricks, data marts, lakehouse or data platform implementation from planning through adoption
• Expertise in stakeholder management and vendor delivery oversight ensuring alignment and accountability
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred; degree in project management or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAFe or hybrid Agile frameworks
• Background in power & utilities or global energy initiatives
• Exposure to data governance and executive reporting within enterprise programs
• Hands-on coordination of UAT and deployment activities for analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data platform and analytics initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Coordinate multi-stream delivery across ingestion, modeling, reporting, and adoption streams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting across business and IT functions
• Manage vendor performance and delivery accountability throughout the program lifecycle
• Oversee Agile or hybrid program delivery including backlog and release coordination
• Ensure successful UAT, deployment, and user adoption of data and analytics solutions
