Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic execution of a Digital Transformation including a combination of COTS and Custom Application projects.
This will be primarily remote role but will require onsite meetings in Edmonton or Calgary as needed (may be upwards of weekly so local candidates are strongly preferred)
Must Haves:
- 8+ years as a Program Manager overseeing multiple streams within a Digital Transformation program with up to 5-10 SDLC projects concurrently
- Skilled in identifying and managing dependencies both within and outside program scope
- Experience assessing best delivery models for projects with a broad range of experience leading agile, hybrid and waterfall projects concurrently
- Extensive cross functional stakeholder management experience, including C-suite reporting and collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Experience driving customer facing solutions to improve customer journey and digital experience
