Our consumer business client is seeking a Senior Program Manager advising executive leadership on finance business and technology investment priorities, strategic planning, and transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

This role shapes integrated IT roadmaps across diverse functions and partners closely with senior experts to unify strategic direction. The position offers visibility with executive leadership and ownership of high-impact initiatives influencing enterprise technology evolution for finance.

3-month initial contract with a strong possibility of extension. Remote contract following MST hours of operation.

Must Haves

• Experience as a Program Manager supporting executive leadership/ELT with strategic planning and recommendations for business and technology investments.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, AI enablement, automation, and digital modernization.
• Experience advising executive leadership on investment priorities, strategic roadmaps, and technology-enabled business process transformation.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or other large-scale ERP/business systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience partnering with global finance, business, and technology teams.

Nice to Have

• Industry recognized certification in Project Management, with post certification experience.
• Bachelor's degree from recognized post-secondary institution.
• At least 10 years of business project management experience
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

• Deliver a coordinated enterprise technology strategy aligned to organizational priorities
• Partner with senior experts across business and IT to define an integrated multi-year roadmap
• Synthesize diverse inputs and propose strategic direction for executive consideration
• Ensure technology planning reflects evolving corporate and operational needs
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by translating technical insights into enterprise decisions
• Advise executives with evidence-based recommendations on investments and directional trade-offs
• Develop full-scale project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications through each phase
• Conduct post-project reviews to create actionable recommendations and lessons learned
