Senior Program Manager accountable for the development of the Integrated Program/Sprint Plan and management of program level interdependencies.

Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the development of the Integrated Program/Sprint Plan and management of Program level interdependencies.
• Lead large, strategic and complex enterprise initiatives encompassing technology and business work steams and multiple vendors with a budget of $10m+ to support the overall corporate strategy.
• Accountable for the cost, scope and timeline of multiple work streams contributing to the overall program and is expected to report into Executive and C-level to provide status updates.
• Leverage their extensive experience and expertise to lead and mentor multiple project teams to ensure optimal performance guaranteeing that what we deliver meetings key performance indicators and stated benefits.
• Accountable for Agile delivery metrics across multiple teams (incl. vendors) and implement improvement opportunities. Expands agile ways of working to other parts of the Portfolio that can benefit from key successes and learnings.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience in Project, Program and Portfolio management and Technical Delivery with an emphasis on Governance Framework planning/implementation, IT Service and Operations Management, Financial Management, Risk Management and Decision Analysis.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• 3-5 years’ experience with Agile Delivery
• Experience with SOW management & negotiation
• Ability to simplify technical complex process into plain business language
• Project Management tooling (Jira/Confluence, Kan Ban, Microsoft Projects)
