Senior Cloud Platform Analyst to support with key projects, initiatives and Operational activities for both legacy and modernized systems within the public

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Analyst to support with key projects, initiatives and Operational activities for both legacy and modernized systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with options analysis and recommending cloud adoption strategies tailored to both AWS and Azure platforms for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS cloud solutions
• Configuring and optimizing IaaS cloud services, such as AWS EC2 and Azure Virtual Machines, and implementing security controls.
• Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud development environments using tools compatible with both AWS and Azure ecosystems.
• Contributing to the development of solution architecture documentation and maintaining detailed technical system documentation.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud support, tenant operations and delivery of Platform Services.
• 7+ years of experience preparing and analyzing detailed application requirements, including resource sizing, technical dependencies, interfaces, performance metrics, and redundancy.
• 7+ years of experience configuring and optimizing IaaS cloud services, such as AWS EC2 and Azure Virtual Machines, and implementing security controls to ensure compliance with Government of Canada requirements.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, and Bicep
