Our large midstream client is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing for a workforce of over 3,300 employees using Workday and ADP SmartCompliance. (17440)


Must-Haves:

  • 10 + years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing
  • Hands-on experience with Workday.
  • Familiarity with ADP SmartCompliance
  • Experience with quarterly tax reporting and annual W-2 processing
  • Experience using HR ServiceNow or similar ticketing/case management systems
  • Commitment to SOX reporting, documentation, and internal controls


Nice-to-Haves:

  • FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation
  • Experience with SAP
  • Exposure to Canadian payroll processes is a bonus
