Our client is looking for an Intermediate Helpdesk specialist to upgrade Windows 10 to 11 on desktops and laptops with Intune AutoPilot experience.
This role requires you to be onsite at Airdrie office location 5 days/week
Must haves:
- 3+ years' experience as a Helpdesk Support Specialist
- Must have previous experience upgrading laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Experience with M365 and OneDrive
- Must have Intune AutoPilot experience
