Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Oracle Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations

Join a large-scale retail transformation initiative within a well-established organization. This role drives full lifecycle delivery across Oracle Retail modules-Merchandising, OMS, Xstore, Order Broker, and Customer Engagement-ensuring seamless go-lives and successful integration. The position provides visibility across complex business and IT streams and direct leadership over cross-functional implementation teams.

Must Haves

• Project Management experience, leading Oracle Retail implementations across large-scale programs
• Strong implementation experience in Oracle Retail Suite (Merchandise, Order Management, Xstore, Order Broker & Customer engagement modules)
• Strong understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, and stores operations
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams throughout design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hyper care
• Eligible for Reliability level security clearance

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Oracle Retail certification
• Experience using Jira or MS Project
• Background working in large retail transformation environments

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Retail implementations from design through hyper care
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and develop detailed plans with stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Act as primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and leadership
• Manage cross-functional teams and mentor resources to achieve performance goals
• Oversee architecture review and system integrations across upstream and downstream systems
• Control budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and change requests
