Description
Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior MS SQL Server DBA to assist with the modernization of a client's database infrastructure to ensure fast and efficient cloud provisioning as well as improving its application delivery to better serve business transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary optimizations to the database environment.
- Configure and administer databases and databases servers.
- Configure and administer the Database backups.
- Provide guidance, advice and recommendations on project initiatives related to database environments.
Must have:
- Experience installing and configuring MS SQL Server 2016
- Experience writing and evaluating SQL scripts
- Experience leveraging MS Active Directory users and Groups
- Experience developing Transact-SQL and SQL Code.
