Our client is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support an MS Copilot deployment for our public sector client.

This role requires you to be onsite in Airdrie 3 days/week

Must haves:

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft 365 administration & architecture
• Experience enabling, configuring, and deploying M365 Copilot
• Experience defining Copilot governance
• Strong Microsoft 365 Admin Center experience including reports/copilot usage
• Experience with Purview

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 architecture to support enterprise collaboration, productivity, and AI-driven workloads.
• Enable and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring alignment with organizational security, compliance, and productivity objectives.
• Manage and govern Microsoft Graph permissions, ensuring least-privilege access and adherence to enterprise security policies.
• Implement Microsoft Purview capabilities, including data classification, information protection, and compliance controls.
• Define and implement minimal viable governance frameworks for Copilot, including policies, controls, and usage guidelines.
• Conduct content readiness assessments to evaluate data quality, security posture, and organizational preparedness for Copilot adoption.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 Admin Center to monitor tenant health, generate reports, and track Copilot usage and adoption metrics.
• Develop and support agent-driven automation and review processes to streamline enterprise governance and operational workflows.
