Our banking client is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and implement learning programs for a technical migration project

Remote Full-Time Contract

Must Haves

• 5+ years designing learning programs with Instructional Design methodologies
• Experience using digital learning platforms and authoring tools for content development
• Hands-on expertise in learning metrics design and evaluation
• Strong background in learning ecosystem architecture across multiple projects
• Proficiency with visual design tools to enhance learning engagement

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with organizational change enablement programs
• Experience curating internal and external content libraries
• Working knowledge of Ping or CIAM-related project environments
• Understanding of enterprise capability development frameworks
• Exposure to agile project delivery in instructional design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and approaches
• Design and implement end-to-end learning experiences across multiple initiatives
• Curate and develop meaningful learning content from internal and external sources
• Leverage visual design to optimize user engagement and comprehension
• Develop and analyze learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
• Coordinate implementation and adoption phases of learning delivery
• Integrate learning programs within broader change enablement initiatives
