Description
Our information management consulting client is looking for an Senior Information Management Business Analyst to design and deliver modern Microsoft 365 information management solutions for diverse client projects.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in information or records management
- Proven consulting or client-facing project delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Power Platform preferred)
- Experience in SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online, tenant-to-tenant, or legacy platforms to SharePoint), and SharePoint implementations
- Practical experience with SharePoint development/customization (workflows, forms, Power Platform integrations)
- Understanding of information management / records governance and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills (able to lead workshops, create clear documentation, and explain recommendations effectively)
- Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Experience with change management, including training, documentation, and adoption planning
