Our large Calgary client is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer/Training Facilitator to develop and deliver training materials for the replacement of a legacy system with D365

** Preference will be given to candidates able to be on-site downtown Calgary 5 days per week**


Must Have:

  • 8+ years experience in Learning & Development
  • Instructional Design
  • Quick Reference Guides (QRG's)
  • Training Manuals
  • Training delivery/facilitation (virtual)
  • Technical Writing
  • Experience with Articulate Rise
  • Experience specifically with large technology projects such as ERPs/CRMs
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
