• 5 years of experience assisting clients with technology, process, and strategy execution.
• 8 years of experience developing project documents for diverse initiatives.
• 8 years of experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, including external partners.
• 8 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze detailed requirements.
• 5 years of senior leadership experience in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• 8 years of experience in project governance.

Nice to Have

• 5 years of experience working as a Change Manager on large, complex custom software projects.

Description

This role involves defining project scopes, managing resources, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering solutions that comply with enterprise architecture standards. The role requires interaction with business leaders, technical teams, and project sponsors to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters and business/project plans with appropriate development approaches.
• Manage IT solution development projects aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource estimates, and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate multiple projects and project governance.
• Produce deliverables for internal teams, steering committees, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective project communication and escalate risks as needed.
• Document and report progress against milestones, budget, and resource plans.
• Define project roles and responsibilities in collaboration with the PMO.
• Assess project success and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Lead teams in applying change management and communication strategies.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and assist in developing new standards when necessary.
