Location: Toronto hybrid (T-TH)

Type: Contract (12-month to start) - possibility of conversion to FTE

We are looking for an Engagement Lead who is an execution powerhouse - someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration and driving transformation across the business.

You will be responsible for operationalizing the processes and alignment of technology and product initiatives, partnering with product, development, agency and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Acting as the glue between teams, you’ll manage execution excellence, streamline product workflows, ensure release readiness and enable successful adoption.

Your attention to detail, proactiveness and follow-through are second-to-none and you anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly and bring the right people together at the right time for a successful delivery. With curiosity and creativity, you’re a thinker and doer, continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration and maximize impact.

Responsibilities:

Product Operations: (Process & Data Focus)

• Partner with Product Owners to translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, ensuring operational readiness, cross-team alignment and measurable outcomes
• Identify and optimize bottlenecks in product delivery process and adoption for efficiency

Program Development: (Execution Focus)

• Own day-to-day planning and execution of cross-functional technology and product initiatives, managing program governance, reporting and communications
• Create detailed project plans, track milestone, manage dependencies, risks and escalations to keep initiatives and accountability on track
• Facilitate retrospectives and cross-functional sessions to drive clarity and alignment

Cross-functional Alignment and Collaboration: (Adoption Focus)

• Develop change readiness plans with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems, processes and product
• Track adoption metrics and continuously adjust plans to maximize outcomes
• Create and deliver clear targeted communications, training content and engagement plans

Must Haves:

• 5-7+ years of experience in program management, product operations and/or revenue operations
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, program execution, large-scale product rollouts and operational frameworks
• Highly-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic initiatives
• Familiarity with product operations frameworks and practices (release readiness, product analytics, roadmapping)
• You can synthesize information into actionable plans. Hands-on expertise with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
• Thrive in driving alignment across various functions with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at different levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills

Nice to Haves:

• Certifications in program/project management and/or change management is huge bonus (PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci, CCMP)
• Previous work experience transitioning from maturing startup to scale, preferably in technology or ecommerce, high-growth startup or SaaS
• Enterprise-level technology implementations and strategic projects
