Our client is seeking a Senior Dynatrace Specialist with expertise in deployment and configuration for an enterprise implementation, configuration, customization and integration with ServiceNow.

Please note hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite in Edmonton is strongly preferred.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of experience working and implementing the Dynatrace platform.
• Dynatrace Master Certification.
• At least one engagement where they have led a team responsible for deploying and configuring Dynatrace for a company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initiative-taking health checks of customer environments to ensure usage, adoption, and growth of Dynatrace
• Built out Dynatrace reports for applications based on Dynatrace Tagging
• Support Dynatrace integrations with ServiceNow
• Provide recommendations to customers about product enhancements
• Work on operational projects such as creating web apps and automating reports
• Support Dynatrace One and ACE Services team with projects and daily tasks, as needed
• Worked on Linux, Windows, Solaris, and AIX to install One Agent, SQL, and Oracle Databases
• Implemented Dynatrace on different cloud technologies such as OCI, Azure and GCP
• Worked on Dynatrace APM end to end implementation
• Created performance test scripts using different protocols like HTTP and HTTPs
• Analyze Application performance using Dynatrace
• Good experience working as a Team Member
• Good Dynatrace Appmon Implementation experience
• Worked with production support teams extensively and given solutions to the problems using Dynatrace APM.
