Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and high availability.
• Lead database architecture initiatives, including modeling, optimization, and performance tuning across complex environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database strategy with overall IT and business goals.
• Apply in-depth understanding of SQL and various database models (relational, distributed, cloud-native) in solution design.
• Develop secure and scalable database solutions using best practices in data governance and cloud architecture.
• Conduct technical assessments and audits to ensure optimal database configurations and compliance with security standards.
• Identify opportunities to modernize and optimize data pipelines and database infrastructure.

Must Haves

• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of SQL and diverse database models (e.g., OLTP, OLAP, NoSQL, cloud databases).
• Proven experience in data modeling, system design, and performance tuning.
• Strong security acumen, with a track record of implementing secure database architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), particularly in relation to database services.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
