Our client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Oracle (CCS) to support data conversion using PL/SQL and JIRA for an Oracle CCS implementation

This role requires you to be located in Edmonton with occasional onsite requirements

Must Haves:

• 6+ years' experience as a Data Analyst working within Oracle CCS / CC&B
• Must have 2+ years' with hands on Data Conversion experience
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development including stored procedures.
• Experience with GitHub and Jira
• Strong communication: both verbal and written / documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work within a fast pace, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with data extraction queries
• Conducting data quality analysis and remediation activities
• Creating and modifying reconciliation scripts between legacy source systems and Oracle CCS
• Assisting with reconciliation remediation and exception management between source Legacy system (CIS) and CCS
• Conducting data validation activities comparing CIS functionality and screens to CCS
• Developing automation for Oracle P/L SQL scripts and files extracts
• Conducting Transform related tasks and development
• Supporting Oracle CCS load activities (working with the Oracle CCS Load Analyst)
• Engage and collaborate with employees, vendor, and other contract resources to ensure Data Conversion tasks are conducted as required.
• Focus on improving the efficiency, velocity and quality of Data Conversion processes and Mock releases.
• Utilize GitHub and Jira to manage all related development activity.
• Assist with necessary Performance Testing of key Data Conversion steps - Ensuring the architecture is optimized for the expected load.
• Support Data testing and validation activities with any automated scripts as required.
• Participate in production deployments and releases to ensure successful Conversion mocks.
• Coordinate with other workstreams and project management resources as required (working with the Data Conversion Lead).
• Identify Oracle CCS Conversion gaps where possible and provide potential solutions to the team.
