Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to support a digital health project

12 month contract. 100% remote with some travel required to Newfoundland.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors, project team members, and other internal and external stakeholders (including company executive, provincial government, patient advisory committees, and professional associations, boards and colleges).
• Provide direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization and various stakeholder groups.
• Develop, manage, and report on schedules, costs, resources, risks, and project objectives at various levels of the organization, including project governance tables.
• Lead project teams to meet objectives and stakeholders’ expectations providing direction and clear communication of the vision for project success.
• Develop and execute risk management and mitigation plans.
• Balance competing goals of project stakeholders to achieve consensus on project outcomes while maximizing business value of the project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the province to ensure successful adoption in addition to a successful transition to operations.

Must Have Skills:

• Required minimum of 5 years experience leading Cybersecurity initiatives in Healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Health, IT or related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in direct Project Management supplemented with demonstrated experience in, but not limited to:
• Agile project development and execution
• Leading large-scale projects and teams
• Change management and stakeholder management
• Experience in digital health related projects is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in a health care environment preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Project Management certification considered an asset
• Change Management certification considered an asset
