Description
Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Cloud Data Architect with Azure experience to build out cloud data architecture including the medallion architecture based Databricks Lakehouse.
*4 days onsite in Calgary office required*
Must Haves:
- 8+ Years' experience as a Cloud Data Architect
- Enterprise cloud data architecture experience on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Experience building Lakehouse architecture with Databricks or similar technologies
- Ability to create and run Terraform and ARM templates
- Background in development on the Azure Databricks platform, with specific focus on SpqrkSQL and Python development
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory
Nice to haves:
- Oil and Gas industry experience
