Our public sector energy client is seeking a Senior Change Management Professional (10+ years) to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives - 01239

Join a high-impact organization driving large-scale transformation across operational, technical, and process domains. The position provides strategic advisory on complex, multi-year change programs with labour relations and stakeholder alignment considerations. This role enables successful adoption of enterprise change programs through expert planning, communication, and performance measurement within a dynamic matrixed environment.

12 months Contract to start, Remote within Canada. Working Hours: PST. 37.5 hours/week.

Must Haves

  • 10+ years in change management including planning and delivery within large and/or complex project environments
  • CCMP designation, PROSCI certification, or equivalent change management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability to measure change impact, adoption rates, and effectiveness
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaborative work within matrixed organizations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with compliance-related change in energy, NERC CIP, IT, or cybersecurity environments
  • Exposure to compliance activities involving incident/violation and mitigation planning
  • Background in project management and process improvement

Responsibilities include

  • Lead complex organizational change initiatives and programs with labour relations impact
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, training, and communication activities
  • Establish and implement change strategies supporting process, technical, and system transitions
  • Deliver progress reports and presentations including metrics on adoption and impact
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and adjust change management plans accordingly
  • Advise on change best practices, models, and standards to strengthen internal change capacity
