Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead the development and implementation of the client's business processes for a new system in the public sect

Our public sector client requires a Secret cleared Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead the development and implementation of the client's business processes for a new system. The client are revising their SOPs and require a new tool to meet these new requirements. The new solution integrates to other operational systems across the department and will provide a mechanism to bridge networks to allow clearance data to move between unclassified and classified networks. The required resource will lead the organizational change of the new system and assist with the business transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver “as-is” and “to-be” business process models, including workflow analysis, gap assessments, and process optimization recommendations
• Lead the revision, documentation, and implementation guidance of updated SOPs, operational procedures, governance controls, and user process documentation to support adoption of the new enterprise solution.
• Coordinate business requirements and process alignment activities for integration with departmental operational systems, ensuring secure and efficient data movement between classified and unclassified network environments.

Must have:

• Secret clearance
• Business transformation experience
• Business process development experience
• Change Management experience
