Senior Business Transformation Architect leading the modernization of an enterprise-wide human resources system

Our valued public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Architect to drive the modernization of an enterprise-wide human resources system, aligning business needs with innovative technology solutions. The role focuses on a large digital transformation initiative that is aligned with the enterprise architecture principles, and support change management capability development, and stakeholder.

Deliverables

• Develop and deliver a Digital Transformation Strategy document that outlines the vision, goals, and roadmap for enterprise digital transformation.
• Produce a Critical Success Factors Report of validated business success criteria developed through stakeholder engagement
• Create a Gap Analysis Report that identifies gaps in capabilities between current-state and future-state concerning capabilities, processes, and systems.
• Develop Business Capability Model Mapping documentation, including architecture requirement specifications, process maps, and workflow diagrams.

Must have experience in the following:

• Developing enterprise-level implementation strategies for system deployment plans, solution delivery strategies, and architectural implementation blueprints.
• Supporting digital transformation projects involving the design and execution of enterprise-wide implementation strategies.
• Designing and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions at the enterprise level, with a focus on human resource management, data analytics and insights, and predictive maintenance.
• Delivering and implementing enterprise-level digital transformation projects involving AI development and adoption.
